STANDARD
(Smooth Surface)
These flat-lap diamond discs are designed expressly for the lapidary field. They are available in a variety of diameters and mesh sizes with or without an arbor hole. They are made from a high quality man made diamond using single, whole crystals. The diamond is bonded to a solid base that is ground flat and parallel to exacting specifications.
Shipping weight for a 4" lap is ½ pound, a 5" lap is ¾ pound, a 6" lap is 1 pound, an 8" lap is 2 pounds.

These flat-lap diamond discs have a textured surface comprised of a myriad of islands packed with diamond crystals and surrounded by a mase of canals which flush away the cuttings (debris). This keeps the islands cutting clean and free. They are available in a variety of diameters and mesh sizes with or without an arbor hole. They are made from a high quality man made diamond using single, whole crystals.
Shipping weight for a 4" lap is ½ pound, a 5" lap is ¾ pound, a 6" lap is 1 pound, an 8" lap is 2 pounds.
